New Beginnings

"Talyn. Believe me, I know when pain is being hidden. And I can see it in your eyes.." -Okami sighing as she looks at him- "Plus your leg is dripping blood."

"Orion.. wanna meet your baby brother?" -Kira sniffling as she watches the little pup feed from her-

"Josh, come over here." -Matt glancing back at him, turning back to Kira-

-josh gulps looking at matt- "erm.. are... are you sure?"

-talyn looks back to his leg and whines- "ouch."

-orion lowers his head a little- "af... after you sort things with your human a little"

"Well, when you are ready.. i want you to name him" -Kira wagging her tail a little she looks up at Orion-

"Yes Josh, come here." -Matt smiling as he gently lifts the other pup over so he can feed from Kira-

"So go and lay down next to Kira again." -Okami glancing at his back leg- "Need help?"

orion perks his ears looking at kira-

-talyn sighs as he slowly turns limping back to kira dripping a blood trail behind him-

-josh stands slowly walking over to kira standing with a little space between him and her- "what do you need?"

-Kira looking at Josh she whimpers softly, trying to get up-

"I think kira wants you to get closer" -Matt smiling a little as he watches-

-Okami lowering her ears as she follows Talyn-

-talyn stumbles yelping sharply as he falls landing on his leg bursting into tears from the pain-

-josh hesitates before stepping forward softly pushing kira back down- "d... don't move kira. please"

-bodolf sits in the corner watching-

-Okami whining as she gently helps Talyn up- "Talyn.. are you okay?"

-Kira whimpering as she looks at Josh and licks his hand gently, glancing at Talyn she whines-

-josh pulls his hands away slowly- "he is ok. okami is helping him ok"

-talyn leans against okami as he stands whimpering and sobbing- "it.... it just hurts.... s... so m... much"

-Kira whining as she reaches her paw out and rests it gently on Josh's hand she looks at him-

"I know Talyn.. lets get you lay down okay?" -Okami lowering her ears as she listens to him, gently helping him over to the bed beside Kira-

-josh stops, standing still letting her paw rest on his hand only looking at her paw as a tear forms in his eye as he speaks softly- "h... hi kira"

-talyn limps with okami, feeling himself fall he uses his good leg to quickly move himself to land on the bed his bad leg stretching out making him yelp and scream-

"Josh i need you to take these guys. I need to see to Talyn. You'll be fine.. just be gentle" -Matt smiling as he gently places the pups in Josh's hands, moving to kneel beside Talyn-

-Kira looking up at Josh she wags her tail, seeing the pups in his hand she licks them softly then nuzzles Josh-

-Josh's eyes widen as he sees the pups shaking a little as he looks at kira then to Matt- "I... I don't have gloves on"

-talyn lays panting in the bed looking at his leg seeing it now red and bloody through the bandages speaking in a nervous and slightly sarcastic voice- "that looks good"

"Josh, Kira trusts you. You don't need gloves" -Matt smiling a little at Josh, looking at Talyn he begins to take the bandages off- "just place them near or beside Kira so they can feed"

-Kira wagging her tail as she looks at Josh and licking his hand softly-

-josh softly holds the pups near kira his hands shaking as he watches kira-

-talyn yelps as Matt removes the bandages with a low growl-

"I Trust you Josh." -Kira licking Josh's hand softly as she wags her tail whilst she watches him-

"Talyn, don't be an ass. He is trying to help." -Okami huffing as she steps closer while Matt gently cleans the blood off his leg-

-talyn growls biting hard into the bed as Matt works folding his ears back-

-josh holds the pups still hoping they would feed-

-Okami rolling her eyes as she sits beside Matt while he looks at Talyn, gently removing the leg splint-

-Kira nudging the weaker pup softly and wagging her tail as he begins to feed and places his paws against her stomach while the the pup also feeds-

-josh holds the pups still his hands still shaking a little as he watches kira-

-talyn bites harder on the bed snarling as he closes his eyes tight-

-Kira laying her head down she yawns softly, watching the pups she wags her tail-

-Okami eyeing him as Matt takes out a needle and nudges Okami softly, sighing- "Matt is going to inject you now.. it's just a strong pain killer"

-tayn snaps his gaze to matt snarling with his teeth beared- "no more injections!"

-josh places the pups on one hand slowly pulling his now free hand away as it shakes a little now looking at the pups-

-Kira eyeing him a she raises her head, sniffing the pups gently-

-Okami huffing as she gently pins Talyn down while Matt injects Talyn, Okami snarling- "Tough. "

-talyn snarls snapping at okami trying to bite her- "it better not knock me out! or i will hurt you!"

-josh quickly puts his hand back to support the pups looking at kira- "sorry kira"

"It won't you idiot. It will just help numb the pain." -Okami huffing as she looks at Talyn-

-Kira wagging her tail she licks Josh's hand softly-

-talyn growls- "let me go"

-josh moves his hand a little towards her stopping as his hand shakes, he lets out a small sigh pulling his hand away slowly- "you... you probably don't want me pushing my luck right now."

-Kira huffing as she gently laws at his hang to being it closer to her, nuzzling it softly-

-Matt placing a splint back beside Talyn's leg and then wrapping a clean bandage around it while Okami huffs- "When Matt is done."
