New Beginnings

-Nova watching him as she whines quietly-

-after some time a single gunshot is heard followed by shouting and other gunshots that seem to start getting closer-

-Nova growling softly aa she hears the shots while Scarlet takes out her gun and loads it-

- josh runs out of the tree line firing back with his pistol as he sprints towards the gates as the gunshots and yelling come closer after him-

-Nova snarling as she charges at Josh and knocks him to the ground, pinning him down she huffs while Scarlet walks over, kicking the pistol from his hand she aims hers at him-

- josh grunts as he was now laying on his back under nova struggling at he looks up at scarlet-

-three men with rifles suddenly emerge from the tree lines aiming at scarlet, the shortest speaking- "step away from him little lady. He is ours"

-Scarlet aiming her gun at the men she grins as she looks at him- "He walks into my village? I think he is mine gents. If you have a problem with it you can ask my friends here."

-Nova growling as she looks at the men and then snarls at Josh while Bardou bares his teeth and emerges from the forest, standing beside Scarlet-

- josh keeps struggling trying to resist against nova tho unable to do anything against her-

-the man speaks again tho in a firmer vpice this time- "let our little catch there go and we shall leave you in peace. He is ours and you cannot have him so let him go"

"I can call more of my friends if this is going to be a problem. One howl from this guy here" -Scarlet gently patting Bardou's head as he growls at the men- "And a pack of Hybrid's and a few wolves will rip you to shreds"

-Nova glancing at Josh she whines quietly for a moment him only being able to hear she gently digs her claws into him-

-josh looks at her his eyes calm and soft as he lets out a small grunt becoming still as he feels her claws as he calls out in a scared voice tho nova able to tell it was fake- "please help me! I... I can't fight back! I... I can't move"

-the three men step back looking at bardou as on of them aims at josh the others keeping their aim at scarlet- "all we want is our catch and we will be gone. We don't want a fight. Give him back to us"

-Bardou snarling deep and loud in his chest he looks at the men and narrows his eyes while Scarlet aims her gun at them- "Or you can just leave my property now, and you will survive"

-the man glances at josh- "not without him. He is ours and you will return our property before we leave yours"

- josh grips nova's paw as he squirms using his thumbs to stroke her paws as he squirms-

-Bodolf Jr padding over her snarls while Khari places her paw on Josh's forehead with a growl while Scarlet smirks- "Leave. This human is mine. Now go before i make you go"

- josh gulps as he becomes still again looking up at her paw on his head-

-the men lower there weapons the smaller of then speaking with a clearly angry huff- "how much for him then?!"

"I just want him. No deal" -Scarlet smirking as she keeps her gun on them- "He entered my village. He will be punished."

- josh glances at scarlet as he lays still with nova's paw on his head-

-the man narrows his eyes- "I have five grand right now. It is yours of you just give him back"

-Bardou snarling as he slowly pads forward and bares his teeth at the men while Scarlet laughs- "Oh hun. That is cute. I have more money than that. Now leave, before I set my Hybrids on you"

-the man looks at josh- "so you claim him now then? like... your going to keep him?"

"Yes." -Scarlet loading her gun she aims it at the men while Bardou snarls loudly, Scarlet smirking- "I will count down from 10.. when I reach one. The Hybrid's come after you"

-the men turn quickly sprinting away-

-josh chuckles as he slightly tries to lift his head-

-Bardou huffing as he pads forward a little while Nova whines and lays on Josh, licking the small ammount of blood from his arms-

-josh huffs with a chuckle as he looks at nova whispering softly- "not letting me go huh girl?"

-Nova shaking her head as she nuzzles Josh softly while Khari licks hos face gently-

-Scarlet gently stroking Bardou's fur as she whispers- "Thank you boy. go and sweep the woods for them will you?"

-josh laughs looking at scarlet- "did you put her up to this?"

"No" -Scarlet chuckling as she stands while Nova nuzzles Josh-
