New Beginnings

"Loki.. No" -Amanda softly gripping Loki's fur as she wipes her eyes with the other hand- "Calm down boy."

-loki stops snarling at amanda's command sitting next to her-

-nathan sniffles as he looks at amanda-

-Amanda gently wrapping her arms around Loki as she hugs him to her, softly kissing his muzzle- "Yes, Nathan. Care to explain?"

-nathan cries softly as he speaks- "i.. i did it to save you... they... they were going to kill you"

-loki nuzzles amanda-

"They captured me. Starved me. And made me look after the Hybrids and wolves they would beat daily." -Amanda mumbling as she softly strokes Loki"s fur- "I have been safe for quite some time. why not try and find me sooner?"

-nathan sniffles as he sits- "i... i had issues of my own... th... the people were not happy i freed you"

-loki softly licks her cheek-

"Freed me" -Amand mumbling as she strokes Loki's fur- "I was taken captive"

-loki flicks an ear as he nuzzles amanda-

-nathan looks at amanda- "i... i am so sorry... i... i never ever stopped thinking about you"

-Amanda sniffling as she runs her fingers through Loki's fur- "I never stopped thinking about you"

- nathan nods as he speaks- "I missed you so so much"

-loki sniffles as he nuzzles amanda-

-Amanda looking at Nathan as she softly strokes Lokis fur- "Why didn't you come back sooner?"

-nathan sighs as he speaks- "because I am an idiot"

-Amanda wiping her eyes as she looks back at Loki- "Was there anyone else?"

-nathan looks away- "there are no words to how much I missed you"

-loki picks her cheek softly-

"Nathan. Was there anyone else?" -Amanda now standing she turns to look at him-

-nathan steps back speaking quickly and honestly- "never"

-Amanda nodding as she breathes a sigh of relief, gently rubibing behind Loki's ear- "Nathan.. this is Loki. He is Okami's father. And Loki. This is my husband, Nathan"

-loki eyes nathan stand in still with his side firmly aga8nst her leg-

- nathan looks at loki and nods- "he is a nice hybrid"

"He is, yes. He is lovely" -Amanda smiling as she softly strokes his fur while Lady pads into the village carrying a rabbit-

-loki stands by Amanda wagging his tail-

- nathan nods- "seems loyal too... did... did you know there was a wolf here?"

"Yes. When I got captured Bodolf, the wolf was there. They forced me to look after him and the others. And when they starved Bodolf, I risked getting shot so I could give him some of my food" -Amanda mumbling as she speaks- "And I know of a few more wolves here. One of them is called Lady, who is Loki's mate and Okami's mother"

-Lady perking her ears as she hears her name, she eyes Nathan and then pads over to Loki, dropping the rabbit by his paws- "For you my love.."

-nathan nods- "b... but he is a wolf"

"So?" -Amanda frowning as she eyes Nathan and then softly strokes Lady's fur- "Lady is a wolf too."

-jathan nods eyeing lady- "are you not nervous of her"

"No" -Amanda shaking her head as Lady wags her tail and then sits beside Loki-
