The Call of The Wild

"We missed you too Daddy!" -Remus wagging his tail as he paws at Talyn softly-

"Mhm" -Kira laying her head between her paws with a sigh-

*talyn sighs with a weak smile* "I am sorry I just disappeared and you all"

*apache looks at Kira keeping the marks hidden* "Kira... I had to drag him out of a lake three times because he said that he could not live with out you... He was going crazy because he was too scared to see you because he was beyond terrified of loosing you and the pups"

"Scared of losing us? He should of come back sooner. I just need time Apache." -Kira sighing as she stands and shakes her fur, padding out the den she heads towards the shallow river-

"Daddy are you gonna go again?" -Willow Whining as she lays down on Talyn's back-

*talyn sighs shaking his head* never again... i am going to see if kira will elt me move in to a den near the village"

"I met Grandma Ayase, Daddy!" -Willow wagging her tail as she slides off Talyn's back, laying down inbetween his paws, yawning aa she lays her head on his paw-

*talyn smiles* "that is awesome willow" *he then nuzzles her*

"Yeah! She really nice!" -Willow giggling as she paws at Talyn and wags her tail-

-Kira sitting beside the river as she sighs and paws at it gently-

*talyn nods* until you annoy her... then she is a force to be rekoned with"

-Remus pawing at Bodolf's tail as he pants softlly, Willow whining as she paws at Talyn's muzzle gently- "Where did Mummy go?"

*bodolf chuckles to remus* "hi there"

*talyn perks his ears and sighs* "i am not sure"

-Kira laying down beside the river as she rests her head between her paws-

-Remus laying down beside Talyn as he stretches out and yawns softly- "Did you and Mummy make up?"

(Shall I bring Zelda in?)

*talyn sighs* "i don't know"

-Kira lay down beside the river as she sighs and paws at it gently-

-Zelda stepping out of the river as she holds a fish in her mouth, shaking the water from her fur-

Ayase appears from the tree line " Are you three going for a swim?"

"Me? No Alpha I just wanted to eat a fish for a change." -Zelda placing the fish down and gently nudges it forward- "Feel free to take it.. I can get another.. And as for this one I have no idea. She has just been lay here for ages. Sometimes pawing at the water"

Wrath chuckles from a large boulder he had been perched on.
"She's right mother, she's quite capable in the water. And the damp look suits her."

Ayase smiles, "Thats kind of you Zelda, but I'm just here for Kira not dinner." She makes her way over and lays next to kiras smaller form, licking the sullen female tenderly between her ears

"Don't steal my fish this time you.. Catch your own" -Zelda smirking slightly as she glances at Wrath, picking up the fish again-

"Hello Ayase.." -Kira lowering her ears as she watches the water flow by-

Wrath stretches on the boulder "They taste better when you catch them. Besides who doesnt like some entertainment with their meal." He hops off the stone and strolls casually in front of Zelda before leaping into the river himself.

Ayase chuckles at the two wolves before turning her attention back to Kira, "Any progress with Talyn?" She asks softly.

-Zelda rolling her eyes as she drops the fish down and places her paw on it whilst she watches Wrath-

"I'm not sure.. I found his excuses a bit poor.. The pups first. Does not matter if he was mad at me, his pups wanted him" -Kira whining quietly as she looks at her paws-

Wrath smirks before divingdeeoer into the water, he's under for quite some time before he finally emerges, a muffled exclamation of victory echoing over the splashing. A pathetically small fish clenched between his teeth.

Ayase sighs and shakes her head " There is no excuse for a male abandoning his family. He's outmof his element. I don't think he ever believed he would have a family of his own. I love Talyn, as I do all my children, but for a wolf he is.... softer than normal. Which may be why he is more comfortable among your humans and dogs." She thinks for a moment. " no offense meant to of course."

"He will be in my human"s house.. because thats where me and the pups live. But he won't let my human touch him" -Kira shrugging a little, licking her paw- "Did he ever tell you that when I first gave birth to the pups.. he left about half an hour after. Said he had to lead a hunt."

-Zelda chuckling softly as she sees the fish, digging her claws into her own and leaning her head down, starting to eat it- "Cute.. but nice try"

Ayase growled lowly in her throat " I raised him better than this. He showed such promise as a pup. He takes after his father, more or less a hermit, overwhelmed. But I never expected this weakness in him."


Wrath flattened an ear and chuckled, dropping the fish back into the river. " I prefer larger prey anyway." He pulls himself onto the bank and stops a few steps from Zelda before shaking out fur. He grins until he glances at Kira.
"Thats a damn shame. If it weren't for those pups I'd rip Talyn to shreds for this."

"He is a very good father to the pups.." -Kira lowering her ears as she looks back at the pups- "They think the world of him"

-Zelda looking at Kira and lowering her ears a little, finishing off her fish before moving away a little- "I feel like i should not be listening

" a good father would face a thousand tortures before leaving his pups." Ayase sighs. " But what of you and the little ones living here, with the pack?"

Wrath nods in agreement, matching Zeldas pace. Her fur was still damp, and he found himself staring the the way her rolling shoulders made the sun glisten off her back.She was built strong and sleek, smaller than he was, but no less vicious. For whatever reason he caught himself admiring her for that.

"I'm not sure now.. Where would I stay? I told Talyn I need some time.." -Kira lowering her ears as she looks back at the river-

"My fish was bigger than yours.." -Zelda chuckling softly, nudging Wrath gently she flicks some water from her tail-
