"Shh boy." -Scarlet sniffling as she moves beside Bodolf, strokkng his fur gently she hugs him softly- "You know she still loves you. she just needs space to calm down"

*bodolf hides his head under her arm whimpering and whining*

*josh looks worried speaking in a soft and concerned tone* "he is really beaten up about this"

-Kira slowly coming over as she whimpers, pawing at Bodolf as she sniffles- "Don't be sad, Daddy.. please don't cry"

*bodolf buries his head more into scarlett for comfort*

*josh takes a small step closer* "i know this may be a bad time to ask... but is he in much pain given his injuries? i know it is a stupid time to ask but i am curious"

"He shouldn't be. He is on strange pain medication." -Scarlet sighing as she wraps her arms around Bodolf, Nanuk walking out the house as he yawns softly-

*bodolf relaxes in her grip moving his head to look at her letting out soft whimpers*

"but he is still in some pain tho right?" *josh kneels down keeping his distance from bodolf*

"A little.. injections would help more but he doesn't like needles." -Scarlet looking at Josh as she smiles a little, running her fingers through Bodolf's fur gently-

*josh nods as he looks nervously at bodolf still keeping his distance*

*bodolf relaxes more in her grip and softly nuzzles her*

"Bodolf. You are being a very good boy. You haven't growled at Josh once." -Scarlet would smile then, stroking behind his ears gently as she frowns- "I will get you whatever food you want if you don't growl at him for the rest of the night.. that okay?"

*bodolf nods*

*josh looks at scarlett* "is.. is he safe... i mean. can he break free? you don't have him all to tight... i want to approach but only if he can't break free given our rough start"

"No don't approach him. He is doing well by not growling at you. He will come to you when he is ready." -Scarlet patting Josh"s hand as she smiles, sitting up she looks at Bodolf- "You should know Bodolf. When Ayase had you. Okami wasn't herself, she went back to the old version of her. She was a little crazy. And I didn't like it.."

*bodolf lowers his ears squirming slightly in scarlett's hold*

*josh remains still* "ayase? is that what did all that to him?"

"Im not fully sure. But i think so." -Scarlet pulling back as she looks at Bodolf, pulling Kira into her lap-

*bodolf remains still in her hold again looking up at scarlett*

*josh sighs* "i feel bad for bodolf and okami"

-Scarlet removing her arms from Bodolf as she sighs, turning to Josh she frowns a little- "How come?"

*bodolf whimpers pawing at scarlett*

*josh looks at bodolf* "he can't walk or stand with out help, he is always in pain and he is on medication twentyfour seven so..."

"Whats up boy?" -Scarlet raising an eyebrow as she strokes his head gently, looking at Josh she bites her lip- "He is getting better. He will pull through it."

*josh smiles at scarlett* "with an owner like you i do not doubt that"

*bodolf lays down and whimpers softly*

"Im not that good.." -Scarlet looking away at Josh's gaze as she runs her fingers through her fur gently as she smiles-

*josh chuckles* "you are the first person i have ever seen a hybrid realxing into being grabbed into, you give him a lot of love and care, also you said you took him in when he was abandoned.. you are better than good... plus your work with okami"

*bdolf lets out a soft bark to show he agrees with josh*

"I just know what i'm doing.." -Scarlet glancing at Bodolf as she smiles slightly, looking at Josh as Okami walks into the house, Nanuk following behind her-

*bodolf lays his head down at okami's presence*

*josh looks over to okami*

-Okami heading straight into Scarlet's room as Nanuk follows her, Scarlet sighing as she strokes Bodolf's fur gently- "Just give her time..."

*bodolf whimpers and whines again laying still*

"Bodolf.." -Scarlet biting her lip as she watches Bodolf, Kira whining as she paws at his muzzle gently- "Don't be sad Daddy.."
