New Beginnings

-Okami nodding as she sniffs the gloves- "Yeah, they are nice"

-josh chuckles as he stands- "please close your eyes"

-Okami eyeing him she sighs softly as she closes her eyes with a mumble- "If you are gonna jump me. I will make you regret it"

-josh moves to his draw again grabbing some stuff before moving back and sitting in front of okami with his good hand behind his back- "ok, you can open them"

-Okami opening her ears as she looks at Josh and perks her ears-

-josh smiles as he brings one of two small boxes from behind his back placing it infront of okami opening the lid to show her small leather 'gloves' clearly designed for front paws- "I made these for you... to help protect your paws in the woods adn around the village. I also thought you might look good in them for bodolf" -he gives a soft playful wink as he nudges the box closer to her-

-Okami perking her ears as she sniffs at the gloves and paws at the box- "Really?"

-josh smiles as he watches her- "they are all yours. I lined the inside of them so you can wear them all the time and the ends are open so the tips of your paws are expoded so that you can still use your claws. They are leather so they are tough and look nice as well as the leather will improve your grip so instead of being just near impossible to escape you will truly be impossible to escape so you will never ever lose any prey"

-Okami wagging her tail with a smile she pads forward a little and nuzzles Josh-

-josh smiles moving an already open box to okami showing some light purple fabric socks with the ends missing and leather pads- "and these are for your back paws and go up your leg a little, with leather pads for better grip when you are running and the ends open again for your claws"

-Okami perking her ears as she paws at the box gently and then wags her tail-

-josh sighs as he moves his legs to stand- "well lets get you to scarlet so she can put them on for you"

-Okami shaking her head as she paws at Josh and then nuzzles him softly-

-josh sits back down looking at okami- "what?"

-bodolf gets up and limps into the kitchen with his back paw up-

-Okami pawing the box towards Josh as she wags her tail- "You put them on"

"You hungry boy?" -Scarlet smiling as she gently places Violet in her highchair-

-bodolf limps to the water bowl starting to drink flicking an esr to show scarlet he reconises she had just spoken to him- 

-josh looks at the box with the leather front gloves in then to okami- "are... are you sure?"

-Okami nodding as she licks Josh's face-

"Okay.. just let me know if you want anything special" -Scarlet smiling as she spoon feeds Violet-

-bodolf stands licking his muzzle from the water as he looks back at his bad paw- 

-josh takes out one of the gloves using his broken hand to open it holding it in his good hand- "paw please"

-Okami grinning as she places a paw in the glove and wags her tail-

-Scarlet glancing at him as she sighs-

-bbodolf slowly places it down putting a little weight in it instantly yelping as he picks it back up with a whimper- 

-josh chuckles as he adjusts it speaking in a playfully sarcastic voice- "oh like you don't jnow you are a pretty girl" -he then takes out a small cloth wiping the glove making it shine better- "that is one of four done"

"Bodolf.." -Scarlet kneeling beside him she gently kisses his muzzle and then hugs him softly- "Shh its okay boy"

-Okami chuckling softly as she wags her tail-

- josh smiles- "going to try your claws to male sure they don't catch?"

- bodolf sniffles-

-Okami shaking her head with a chuckle- "Nah"

"Stop being silly Mr." -Scarlet kissing his muzzle as she gently strokes his fur and whispers- 'Do you feel better now?"

- bodolf shrugs- "I am still useless... but I know I am useless and loved so that is something"

- Josh chuckles speaking in a playful voice- "my those gloves must be so heavy for a pretty hybrid like you. Let's say we get the others on and tale you to your paw rest so you can show them off to him shall we?"

-Okami nodding with a grin she moves her other front paw to Josh-

-Scarlet gently running her fingers through his fur as she smiles- "I need to change the dressing on your paw boy.. mind laying down for me?"
