New Beginnings

"Of course not dear" -Scarlet smiling as she walks with Josh into the lift and presses the button for their penthouse-

-josh chuckles- "good girl"

-Scarlet rolling her eyes as the lift doors open on their penthouse she walks inside and places the quiver on the dresser-

-josh puts the box on the bedside- "so how about we get some nice lunch then head back to get a house ready for ben"

"You don"t wanna stay another night?" -Scarlet raising an eyebrow she glances at Josh-

-josh hesitates before answering- "we need to prep a house for ben tho."

"Oh.." -Scarlet sighing as she looks down at the quiver and mumbles- "if you want to get back for your girls. Just say so. One night for a honeymoon in my opinion isn't enough"

-josh blinks shaking his head as he speaks- "scarlet we could be in a shitty bus station in down town and it would still be the most beautiful place in the world because i am with my wife... we could have just stayed at home and i would be happy just to be with you..." -he then looks away mumbling- "am i that bad? a... already?"

"No.. of course not." -Scarlet walking over to Josh as she speaks softly- "I just wanted you to myself a little while longer.."

-josh remains looking away as he mutters- "we have empty houses at the village... or the old cabbin just ouside of the village... but if you want to stay then fine we will stay... sorry for wanting to give our new friend a good welcome" -he slowly walks towards the bathroom calling back- "i am going for a shower before lunch" -he then closes the bathroom door starting to run the shower as he gets undressed-

-Scarlet watching Josh leave the room her eyes water a little, wiping her eyes she sits down at the table-

-josh gets into the shower standing under the water as quietly cries-

-Scarlet sniffling as she lets her hair down she starts to brush it, standing she walks to the bathroom door and slowly opens it, undressing she now steps into the shower also and wraps her arms around Josh from behind- "You know I love you Josh. And of course I want to welcome our new friend too. I can call my mother and she can prepare a house.."

-josh stands still as she holds him with a sniffle- "go for it."

-Scarlet kissing his back gently as she speaks softly- "If you want to prepare the house.. I would love to do it with you"

-josh shrugs as he mutters- you want to stay another day..."

"I would like too, yes. But I want to be with you more" -Scarlet closing her eyes as she leans against him gently-

-josh sighs as he mutters- "we will stay another bloody night... call your mother."

-Scarlet pulling back she eyes Josh for a moment and then steps out the shower, wrapping a towel around her she walks into the bedroom without saying another word-

-josh punches the wall in the shower not damgeing the wall but making his fist instantly bleed as tears fill his eyes-

-Scarlet drying herself she gets dressed, sitting at the table she sniffles-

-josh gets out of the shower drying himself before wrapping the towel around himself walking into the room-

-Scarlet glancing at his fist she frowns and slowly stands- "What did you do?"

-josh grips a small towel wrapping around his hand as he mutters- "nothing..."

"Josh." -Scarlet pushing away from the table she slowly walks over to Josh- "It isn't nothing.. you're bleeding"
