New Beginnings

-bodolf snarls diving on apache pinning him- "i failed her ok! get it though your thick stupid skull you idiot! now unless your stupid enough to try and drag me back there then i am too ashamed to show my stupid face there!"

-apache chuckles speaking loud so akela could hear him- "i'm not but i think scarlet might be!"

-Scarlet letting go of Akela's collar she growls softly and charges at Bodolf, knocking him off Apache she pins him down with a snarl-

-bodolf yelps in surprise starting to struggle- "get off of me"

-apache stands barking to call scarlet-

-Scarlet standing she walks over to Bodolf, holding his scarf- "Bodolf.. Why..?"

-bodolf whimpers as he sees scarlet lowering his ears stopping his struggles- "uh oh"

-apache sits watching scarlet and bodolf-

-Scarlet kneeling beside Bodolf as Akela steps off him, scarlet holding her hand out she sniffles and pulls her hand back- "Why Bodolf? You broke Okami's heart.. and mine"

-bodolf gulps as he lays still bowing his head to scarlet whimpering- "i... i failed her... a... and you"

-apache keeps watching-

-Scarlet placing Bodolf's scarf on the ground beside him she strokes his muzzle softly- "I meant what I said, when I would never force you to stay at the village. I want you to know that I love you boy.."

-bodolf closes his eyes as a tear falls to the ground next to the scarf with a soft whimper- "i... i am a failure."

"Bodolf." -Scarlet gently placing her hand under his chin she tilts his head up gently- "Okami is heart broken.She won't stop crying. She is harming herself Bodolf. she clearly loves you and wants you back home. So go back.."

-bodolf opens his eyes as more tears fall and he sniffles not trying to pull away- "i... i don't deserve her. i... i am not what she wants and it kills me that i can't be what she wants anymore she... she is my goddess"

"Bodolf. You hurt my baby girl." -Scarlet frowning as she pulls her hand away- "She has done this before. When she lost her very first pup, Nanuk the only one left. she would not eat. She harmed herself. You know what made her stop boy?"

-bodolf sniffles tilting his head a little looking at scarlet as tears fal from his muzzle to the ground-

'She met you.' -Scarlet smiling as she wipes Bodolf's tears away gently- "You brought life back into my girl. And now that you are gone.. so has her life."

-bodolf looks away with a whine crying- "oh god..."

"Will you come home with me Bodolf?" -Scarlet sitting infront of Bodolf she watches him, Bodolf Jr slowly padding over he sits beside Scarlet-

-bodolf nods bowing his head with a whimper- "b... but what is going to be my punishment?"

-Scarlet picking up his scarf she hears his whimper- "I am not going to punish you. That is for Okami to decide"

-bodolf nods as he stands keeping his head low with a sigh-

-apache also stands ready to move-

-Scarlet fastening Bodolf's scarf around his neck she strokes his fur softly- "Before we go, are you hurt boy?"

-bodolf shakes his head with a sigh- "only my heart..."

"Lets go back boy.." -Scarlet stroking Bodolf's fur she stands-

-bodolf nods- "see what okami wants to do to me"

"She really misses you, Dad" -Bodolf Jr lowering his ears as Scarler picks up her bag, walking back to the village with Akela following her-

-bodolf and apache follow as apache speaks to bodolf- "this wasn't meant to be a trap bodolf. but even i had to flinch when i saw what okami did to her own leg"

-bodolf nods- "you can all stop now... i get it... i am a lousy mate to her"
