New Beginnings

-josh glances to the tablet gulping as he speaks trying to hide that he was lying- "nope. i am fine now girl"

-Khari giving Josh a low growl she looks away and lowers her ears- "Just go then"

-josh gulps looking at khari moving his other hand towards her muzzle speaking softly keeping his hand over the pup- "don't growl at me. there is no need whilst you are lay on me"

"Go. I don"t want you here. You were fine after a few minutes with Kira and Nova's pups." -Khari whining as she stands she moves Josh's hand away from the pup she gently picks up the pup and pads over to Keanu, gently placing Josh Jr down beside the others-

-josh slowly sits up watching khari, sighing as he stands leaving the house closing the door behind him-

-keanu looks to khari blinking as he speaks- "th... that was..."

"I give up trying. He was nervous around their pups at first but he was soon fine" -Khari huffing she lays down beside the pups and gently nudges them towards her belly-

-keanu shakes his head- "and? i would rather him be nervous but humble that we let him near them over an over confident human who is more likely to harm them"

"He still lied to me. said he was fine. We don't do that" -Khari sniffling as she watches the pups feed from her while Scarlet eyes them both and stands, walking outside-

-josh sits under the tree wiping his eyes as he pulls his knees up putting his head between them as he cries-

-keanu grunts looking away- "so you hurt his feelings just for trying to make you feel better? maybe he had a reason? maybe he is used to having to just say what you want to hear? i have heard how much of a cunt your farther is to him"

-Khari looking away she mumbles as she lowers her ears-

-Scarlet sitting beside Josh she speaks softly- "Hey.."

-keanu lays his head down mumbling- "if you were that pissed you have claws... i nip sean when he does something i don't like"

-josh sniffles mumbling into his knees- "why do i mess everything up?"

"Khari has just had pups.. she is very emotional right now.." -Scarlet rubbing his arm as she speaks softly-

-Khari sniffling as she looks at the pups and keeps her ears low-

-josh sniffles into his knees shaking his head- "she... she doesn't want me around... she... she said..."

-keanu sighs as he stans moving to his water bowl taking a drink-

"Josh she didn't mean that" -Scarlet gently lifting his head up she softly wipes his tears away- "Now get back in there and make up"

-Khari sniffling as she watches the pups feed from her-

-josh pulls his head away sniffling as he cries- "she... she does not want me there"

-keanu sits at his bowl as he drinks-

"Josh she is just a bit hurt" -Scarlet frowning a little as she eyes Josh and speaks softly- "She thinks that you don't like her pups as you were fine with the others."

-josh shakes his head putting his head between his knees again- "i... i don't want to mess it up again..."

"Just go inside and sit beside her- "Scarlet sighing as she softly kisses his cheek- "You did lie to her my love.. said you were fine when you weren't. Go and be honest with her"

-josh sniffles as he cries into his knees- "i... i mess everything up..."

-keanu yawns as he pads back to his bed laying down-

"Come on. Come in with me" -Scarlet standing she holds her hand out to Josh and smiles- "She wants you in there"

-josh sniffles as he stands- "n... no she doesn't..."

"Yes she does. Come on" -Scarlet gently gripping Josh's hand she leads him inside Sean's house-

-josh follows her with a sniffle-

-keanu looks at khari and speaks in a soft but slightly firm voice- "if your human comes back in i expect to see you lay on him again making a hell of an apology my love"

"Okay Keanu..." -Khari keeping her ears low as she watches the pups sleep beside her-

-Scarlet pushing the front door open gently she leads Josh inside the house-

-josh closes the door behind them as he lowers his head looking at his feet-

-keanu nuzzles khari- "thank you"
